- All of our frames come with a 2 year 2 time no charge warranty replacement due to manufactures defects or normal wear and tear.
- If a scratch resistance or Anti Reflectant treatment is purchased, you will receive a 2 year 2 time no charge warranty replacement of your lenses.
- If there is a need for remakes due to prescription changes, lens style changes etc., there is a time limit of 90 days to make any corrections needed.
- Our optical department has a no refund or exchange policy, however, we are confident that we will be able to make your eye glasses work for you. If there are any issues or you are unhappy in any way please speak with our Optical staff so we may assist you in correcting these issues.
